This project involved the comprehensive renovation and remodeling of the historic Seybold Jewelry Building located in Miami, FL. As the general contractor, our team undertook the challenging task of transforming both the interior and exterior of the building to preserve its historical significance while incorporating modern enhancements. The scope of work encompassed interior demolition, exterior refacing with decorative stucco work, and interior reframing and finishing.
